For Homeowners:

We can take care of all your maintenance needs, freeing up your precious time so you can spend your weekends doing the things you enjoy. If you have never had gardening services, or perhaps have gotten a little behind in your chores, we can come in, do a cleanup, trim and bring you yard in line, and then maintain it or turn it back over to you. We can do as much as you need, such as: lawns, plants, planters, weeds, spray, fertilize, edge, blow, fall leaves, an trim trees under 20’. Or, if you prefer, we can do as little as mow and blow.

Sprinklers not working? No worries. We repair lines, heads, valves, and timers. We can check and maintain our timer, and perhaps assist you in understanding how to operate it.

Tree problems? Do you have roots that are breaking sidewalks, decks, building foundations, or maybe you are concerned about a large limb over your house, building or car. Perhaps you trees haven’t been pruned in a long time (if ever), or they may need their annual pruning. We can take care of all of these problems. If a job is very large, I have great companies that I work with. They bring in any equipment needed (trucks, shredders, booms, etc.) to do the job. We even do complete removals, stump grinding, pollarding, or planting of new trees.

Got a yard out of control? Did you have tenants that left a big mess? We’ll clean and haul all the debris and put your yard back the way you remember it.

Last but not least, and one of my personal favorites. Installations. From the smallest, such as fixing patches or over seeding, or small installation of some plans and new sod, to the largest, such as complete removals involving taking out the lawn, plants, concrete, trees and deck, then replacing them new in a way you always dreamed. We can handle grading, irrigation, sprinkler systems, drains, concrete (stamped, colored or any other), mow strips, curbing, retainer walls of all types, fencing, new enriched top soils, waterscapes, lighting, decks plants, and trees. We can install decorative rocks from the smallest pebbles to large 4,000lb. boulders, and then finish with new sod.

Agents Buyers, Sellers:

We know what the market is demanding. We stay current and adjust for the times. We understand your need to do a major clean-up, hauling quickly, and creating curb appeal to your home with some sprucing, color plants or bark. Furthermore, we can maintain it until it sells. In addition, we are flexible and work well with the schedules of other stagers, vender, and contractors.
